The W Initiative is a brand experience that focuses on helping people obtain the "balanced Win". Achieving the victory personally and professionally!
A methodology designed by Frantzley Moise, the "balanced Win" is a strategic approach to life/work balance and ultimately, personal achievement. Rooted in an idea which Moise calls P6, the "balanced Win" is achieved when 6 distinct areas of life are engaged:
Power - an individuals ability to truly attain his/her goals in life by taking charge.
Potential - discovering and developing what can be done and what will be done
Possibility - a way of thinking that removes barriers and opens the doors to the "imagined life" or "what's possible" vs "what is”.
Pursuit - active engaging in the process of achieving the win.
Plan - the art of clearly mapping out the directions to the balanced victory.
Purpose - Why are we here? Why do we exist? Why do we do? What do we do? Understanding this charges all of the other components of P6.

Workshops
Life4Chess
The Life4Chess series comes to life in a workshops serious play atmosphere. Participants will learn how to make chess moves and how to apply those moves to life. The hands on training is sure to keep participants engage and excited about playing the game and living life.
Stress in a Cup
Professionals will learn how to master stress and maximize their full potential by learning effective ways to deal with stress. Workshop objectives include: learn the difference between mastering stress and managing stress, developing effective ways to maximize performance and learn relaxation techniques.
Leading the Team
Mr. Moise uses "Serious Play" which are thought provoking activities to help professional develop and enhance leadership skills. Workshop objectives include: learning the importance of starting with the right mind set and ending with the right mind set, developing decision making skills, developing strategies to promote and build a great team, and learning how to work with the team to get checkmate.
Making the Team
Professionals will learn fundamental skills needed to develop and maintain a successful team. Team activities will encourage, enhance and reinforce the importance of working together.
